Step Into Glass: A Stained Glass Stepping Stone Workshop

Create a one-of-a-kind garden accent in this Stained Glass Stepping Stone Workshop! In this hands-on class, students will design their own custom pattern, then cut and grind colourful stained glass pieces to bring it to life. With a wide variety of glass colours and textures to choose from, each stepping stone will be truly unique.

Once the design is complete, students will fit their glass pieces into a mold and pour concrete to set the design in place. After curing, students may return the following day to separate and finish their stepping stone, or— for a small additional fee—take the mold home to complete the process at their convenience.

No prior experience is required. This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced makers alike, and you’ll leave with a beautiful, durable piece of art for your garden or walkway.

Cancelation Policy: 

If OKFS must cancel a course, the student will receive a full refund or a credit towards a future course of their choosing. Students who wish a refund of any payments made for that course should contact the OKFS office at info@okfolkschool.ca. Students who cancel their enrollment more than 7 days prior to the first day of the course and request a refund will receive a refund less a 5% cancellation fee to cover the credit card costs. In recognition of the time and energy instructors invest in preparing for courses, students who cancel their enrollment 6 days or less prior to the first day of the course are not eligible for a refund. Students who do not show up to a course and have not notified OKFS are not eligible for refund.
