Strung Bracelet Workshop

Learn the fundamentals of jewelry making by creating your own beautiful strung bracelet. In this beginner-friendly class, you'll work with professional jewelry-making materials and techniques, including jewelry wire, crimp beads, jump rings, and clasps.

You'll learn how to:

• Measure and cut jewelry wire

• String beads into a balanced design

• Secure your bracelet using crimp beads

• Open and close jump rings correctly

• Attach a clasp for a durable, professional finish

  
  

By the end of the class, you'll leave with a completed bracelet and the confidence to recreate the technique for future jewelry projects. All tools and materials are provided, making this class perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build their jewelry-making skills.

Venue:  The Okanagan Folk School classroom

What to Bring:  all materials will be provided

Workshop Materials Fee:   $10 - $20, depending on choice of materials (eg - clasp, crystal, pearls) by student.

Course Fee:   $30.00

Cancelation Policy: 

If OKFS must cancel a course, the student will receive a full refund or a credit towards a future course of their choosing. Students who wish a refund of any payments made for that course should contact the OKFS office at info@okfolkschool.ca. Students who cancel their enrollment more than 7 days prior to the first day of the course and request a refund will receive a refund less a 5% cancellation fee to cover the credit card costs. In recognition of the time and energy instructors invest in preparing for courses, students who cancel their enrollment 6 days or less prior to the first day of the course are not eligible for a refund. Students who do not show up to a course and have not notified OKFS are not eligible for refund.
