About the event
Look around you , so many common fibres to weave with for example rhubarb, corn husks, dandelions, and birch bark. Join Annabel Stanley , local Okanagan fibre artist ,to learn about the harvesting and weaving of miniature baskets that will enchant you and get you hooked!

Custom Courses
If you have a group of friends or family who would like to organize a personal course, please contact the Okanagan Folk School at info@okfolkschool.ca to set up a time and location.
Course Cancellations
If OKFS must cancel a course, the student will receive a full refund or a credit towards a future course of their choosing. Students who wish a refund of any payments made for that course should contact the OKFS office at info@okfolkschool.ca.
Students who cancel their enrollment more than 7 days prior to the first day of the course and request a refund will receive a refund less a 4% cancellation fee to cover the credit card costs. In recognition of the time and energy instructors invest in preparing for courses, students who cancel their enrollment 6 days or less prior to the first day of the course are not eligible for a refund. Students who do not show up to a course and have not notified OKFS are not eligible for a refund.
