About the event

This 2-day workshop (Oct. 26 and 27 10am - 4pm) is for returning students who have already learnt how to weave a quail, chicken, or goose. An armature provides structure and stability to a sculpture, and you will learn how to make a 3-dimensional wire deer that stands 90cm high and 60 cm long. Annabel will teach you how to create the one-dimensional design and take you on a journey to having your own 3-dimensional piece of art that you can wrap lights around and light up those long dark winters.

The workshops are held in her studio in West Kelowna overlooking her vineyard, the Okanagan valley and towards the surrounding mountains including Big White Mountain.

If the weather is bad, then the course will be moved to the Historic Peachland Schoolhouse or “Our Space”.
